More Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.

Additionally featured in this new photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the continuing investigative process.
